Cancellation, Refund, and Tour Conditions
Bahía Mansa Patagonia — Where Nature Comes Alive
1. Weather Conditions and Safety
Departures are subject to wind and lake conditions.
• If weather conditions do not allow navigation, the tour will be rescheduled at no cost or 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• Decisions are made based on the guide’s assessment and the instructions of the Maritime Authority (DIRECTEMAR).
• Participant safety is the top priority: all instructions from the guide must be followed, and the provided safety equipment must be used at all times.
2. Cancellations and Refunds (by the client)
Cancellation 5 or more days in advance → 100% refund.
• Cancellation between 3 and 5 days in advance → 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 3 days in advance, no-show, or voluntary withdrawal → no refund.
• If the activity has started and conditions suddenly change, the guide may modify or shorten the route for safety reasons, without partial refund.
3. Safety and Guide’s Discretion
For safety and general well-being, the guide may suspend or deny participation to any person deemed unfit to safely perform the activity. This decision will be made with professional judgment, prioritizing the safety of the participant, the group, and the preservation of the natural environment.
4. Conduct and Respect for the Environment
The activity takes place in the Bahía Mansa area, within a protected natural sanctuary.
• It is strictly forbidden to touch, enter, or damage the formations known as Las Capillas and La Catedral de Mármol.
• The ecosystem must be respected: maintain silence in sensitive areas and follow all guide instructions.
• Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
